BDL, in partnership with Travelers Aid International, has a new concierge service for travelers – designed to make your experience stress free and seamless the next time you fly.

#1 What does the concierge service provide?

A member of the concierge team will greet you upon your arrival at BDL. From there they will help assist in the following areas:

  • Checking in at the airline ticket counter
  • Going through the TSA security checkpoint via priority access
  • Accompanying you directly to your gate
  • Delivering food directly to the gate through BDL Market
  • Retrieving checked bags
  • Assisting to/from parking, pick up or car rental
#2 Who can use the concierge service?

BDL’s concierge service is available to all travelers. It’s especially beneficial for older adults who may be traveling alone and need assistance – such as a parent or grandparent, families who are traveling with children and need an extra helping hand, first-time fliers, anyone with special travel needs, and individuals who are looking for an elevated or personalized travel experience.

#3 How much does it cost?

The base price for the concierge service is $79.99, which includes up to four travelers, four bags, 2.5 hours of service and at least a 7-day advanced reservation. Additional fees apply if a reservation is made less than seven days prior to travel or if the number of travelers, bags and duration of service increases.

#4 Does the concierge service assist with unaccompanied minors?

Members of the concierge team are unable to provide assistance with anyone under the age of 18 who is traveling alone. Travel involving unaccompanied minors is handled directly with the airlines.
