Travelers Aid International
Bradley International Airport, in partnership with Travelers Aid International, is available for passenger assistance at our Information Center, located in Terminal A’s baggage claim.
The program consists of more than 60 volunteers, who together assist thousands of passengers on their journey through Bradley International Airport.
Services include:
- Directional assistance
- Airport questions
- Hotel information
- Tourism information
- Local transportation
Hours of Operation – Daily: 8 am – 8 pm
