International Travel
International flights arrive at both Terminal A and Terminal B at Bradley International Airport depending on their point of origin. Our current Aer Lingus and Air Canada routes pre-clear customs at their origin airports and will arrive at Terminal A. All other international flights will arrive and clear U.S. Customs at Terminal B.
Terminal A:
Dublin arrivals and departures
Toronto arrivals and departures
Terminal B:
Cancun arrivals only
International Charter Flight arrivals only
The Process for International Arrivals in Terminal A
Passengers arriving at Terminal A have already completed the U.S. Customs process and no further processing is required upon arrival at Bradley International Airport. Passengers will simply proceed to baggage claim to retrieve any checked luggage and/or meet with loved ones.
Applicable Routes: Dublin, Ireland on Aer Lingus; Toronto, Canada on Air Canada
The Process for International Arrivals in Terminal B
Passengers arriving at Terminal B will be directed to clear U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Applicable Routes: Cancun, Mexico on JetBlue and Frontier Airlines; Montego Bay, Jamaica on Spirit Airlines
Picking up your Luggage
After completing processing with U.S. Customs on arrival, all baggage will be delivered to the baggage claim area on level 1. Passengers should gather all belongings and proceed to the U.S. Customs inspection stations for final processing. Upon completion, passengers will enter the Terminal B lobby area and not be permitted re-entry.
Accessing Luggage Carts
For your convenience Smarte Carte luggage carts are available for your use in Terminal B. There is a fee of $5.00 payable with cash or credit.
Accessing Ground Transportation
There are several modes of ground transportation available to individuals arriving in Terminal B. Airport shuttles are available to access airport parking facilities and for access to Terminal A. Courtesy phones are available to connect arriving passenger to other ground transportation services. For more information on transportation options, click here.
Meeting Arriving Passengers
If you are meeting passengers arriving in Terminal A, park in the garage and proceed to the terminal, and go to the ground floor near the Information Center.
If you are meeting passengers arriving in Terminal B, follow overhead signs for Terminal B. Continue past Terminal A and stay in the left lane for parking in Lot 2, which is located across from Terminal B.
