Here are five airport amenities you’ll find at BDL for your convenience – and you may not even know they existed.

BDL sPARK

Parking is often the first step in the airport experience. Our newly rebranding parking system, “BDL sPARK,” offers travelers convenient and affordable parking options with complimentary shuttle service to the terminal, in addition to garage parking across from the main terminal. Rates start as low as $7/day. When you park with BDL sPARK, you’ll also be able to take advantage of the following complimentary services: battery starts, tire inflation, lost car assistance and driving directions. Nursing Room

Mothers traveling through BDL will find feeding their children a bit easier and more comfortable with a dedicated area for nursing needs. The Mother’s Nursing Lounge is located past the TSA security checkpoint next to the CNBC store. It is available round-the-clock and features comfortable seating, a sink, a fold-down changing table, and a power outlet for mothers who use electric pumps.

Pet Relief Areas

If your dog needs to go to the bathroom before or after your flight, there are two designated pet relief areas at BDL. The first is before the TSA security checkpoint on the lower level of the airport adjacent to doorway number one. The second location is past the TSA security checkpoint near the bathrooms that are adjacent to Charter Oak Emporium. Please follow directional signage in both pet relief areas.

BDL Market

BDL Market allows you to conveniently pre-order and pick up your meal from a growing list of airport restaurants. BDL Market does not require downloading an app. To browse menus, order, and pay, simply visit www.BDLMarket.com, or use a mobile device to scan one of the many QR codes on display throughout the airport. Once an order is placed, you will receive updates on your device, letting you know when your order is ready for pick-up.

Water Bottle Filling Stations

Staying hydrated is an important part of travel. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. There are two water bottle filling stations past the TSA security checkpoint located in each of BDL’s concourses. One is near gate 4 and the other is near gate 23.
