Bradley International Airport Welcomes New, Nonstop Service to San Juan with Spirit Airlines

Spirit Airlines will be starting new, nonstop flights from Bradley International Airport (BDL) to Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU).

The new service to San Juan, PR will launch on June 7, with flights now on sale starting at $74* one-way.

Dillon, A.A.E., Executive Director of the Connecticut Airport Authority. “Spirit Airlines has been an important partner and key to our route network development strategy. The addition of new, nonstop service to San Juan gives our passengers more opportunities to travel affordably.”

“We strive to provide our Hartford Guests with convenient and affordable access to great destinations,” said John Kirby, Vice President of Network Planning at Spirit Airlines. “We recently launched our Montego Bay route, and we’re excited to add another fun Caribbean route to San Juan.”

Spirit’s new route will operate year-round, three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

In December 2022, the airline launched the airport’s first nonstop flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica.

In addition, it operates nonstop service to Fort Myers, FL, Myrtle Beach, SC, Orlando, FL, and Tampa, FL.
