Two New Restaurants Now Open at Bradley International Airport

November 6, 2026

Bradley International Airport (BDL) has opened two new restaurants at BDL, further expanding dining options for travelers. Located in BDL’s post-security food court, the new establishments include:

  • Chick-fil-A: A popular national brand known for its signature chicken sandwiches and customer-focused service.
  • Sergio’s Go: A grab-and-go concept featuring Cuban-inspired favorites, including empanadas, sandwiches and pastries.

Both restaurants were opened in partnership with BDL’s food and beverage operator, SSP America, and represent the latest phase of the CAA’s broader strategy to modernize the terminal and enhance the dining experience with new nationally recognized brands and locally inspired concepts.

“The opening of Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go is another step forward in our ongoing efforts to enhance the passenger experience at Bradley International Airport,” said Michael W. Shea, Executive Director and CEO of the CAA. “Dining is an important part of the travel experience, and these additions provide passengers with more choices while helping to create a more memorable and enjoyable journey.”

Both Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

“Every traveler arrives at the airport with a different day ahead, and a great dining program should be ready for all of them,” said Kyle Phillips, Senior Vice President, Business Development, SSP America. “Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go bring greater choice, quality, and convenience to Bradley, reflecting our shared commitment with the Connecticut Airport Authority to making every journey better. As Food Travel Experts, we know the little moments of hospitality matter, and we’re proud to help make them part of the experience at BDL.”

Additionally, in an effort to balance nationally recognized brands with local favorites and strengthen the sense of place at BDL, West Hartford-based Sparrow Pizza will open a full-service sit-down restaurant in the Gates 1-12 concourse. Construction is currently underway, with an anticipated opening in winter 2027. This past spring, Urban Lodge, with locations in Hartford and Manchester, opened at BDL – offering its signature beer and family-friendly menu to passengers.
