Phase 2A, Pilot Implementation homes are complete. Here is some feedback from the Pilot Phase partcipants:

The Program has opened a field office and Product Display Center located at 186 High Street, Windsor, CT 06095. The field office phone number is (860) 298-9060.

The Program Field Office and Product Display Center has been establish for the purpose of providing a program presence in the community. The Program office is staffed with a full-time Project Coordinator and a part-time Homeowner Agent open to the public from the hours of 9:00AM to 4:00PM. This office also has samples of the acoustical products that are available to homeovers through the South Insulation Program. Color choices, door styles, window types and other program information are also available.

Preliminary Design for Phase 2B, the sound insulation of 100 homes began February 15, 2010 with completion anticipated by the end of 2011. Design for the next 100 homes in Phase 2C is anticipated to begin in February of 2011.
